The receptionist is incredibly rude and difficult to deal with. They changed the time for my procedure but didn’t notify me so I missed it, and when I called to ask about it she argued multiple times that they did tell me. The appointment I had where the supposedly told me the new time, that same receptionist was the only one working and was rushing around trying to do too many things at once. I understand forgetting to mention it (which is still not ideal) but rudely blaming me for the mishap isn’t okay. Super unimpressed as I had to take medication before hand that’s causing a lot of cramping and now I’ll have to do it a second time.

Dr. Nowicki definitely knows his stuff and is a very skilled OBGYN. There are times when his bedside manner is not the best, however, and I was sometimes left not knowing information that I should have simply because I did not know to ask. He is very caring, though, and made sure (especially approaching full-term) that I knew what to expect and what my options were for delivery. Even though he no longer does on-calls for deliveries, he still stopped by the hospital to see me after my baby was born.
His receptionists can be a little rough around the edges and very legalistic about rules, but are very sweet when shown some respect.
Wait times can be a little long, especially in the afternoons, but I've had MUCH longer waits elsewhere. If you don't want to wait, just book your appointment for the morning. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Nowicki to someone that I knew would be respectful and willing to ask questions.

This doctor knows his stuff but very rude with absolutely no bedside manner. Don’t know his staff enough to comment.

Dr. Nowicki was my OB for all 5 of my children. I honestly would not go anywhere else. He is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He does not mess around and always has his patients care at top of mind. He is very clear and concise with both his diagnosis and recommendations. One of my children was born with his cord completely around his neck. Dr. Nowicki explained the severity of the situation, but did so in a way that I understood the seriousness of it, and also knew We were in good hands. My son turned blue and actually died. Meaning he had no vitals, the nurses wanted to call time of death after 4 minutes of trying to resuscitate. Dr. Nowicki wouldn't allow it and told them to give the baby a little more time. The nurses rolled their eyes at him but did as they were told. Not even 1 minute later my son's heart started beating and he started breathing. I thank God everyday that Dr. Nowicki was my Dr, as my son is alive and well and thriving. People always complain about wait times in his office. Yes, sometimes, the wait times are longer than expected. However, in these instances, he is usually out delivering a baby. Would you want him rushing your delivery?? Try and have some understanding for his job and everything he encounters everyday. If you want a Dr. who is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and doesn't fool around or sugar coat things. Look no further...

At first I found Dr. Nowicki very personable and knowledgeable. As time progressed I lost all confidence in him. After numerous tests and hormone treatments, etc., a hysterectomy was recommended. Dr N kept putting it off doing regular biopsies instead. After two years I switched to a different gynaecologist, waited four months for the phone consultation, six weeks for the in office appointment and less than a month later I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy done. I was baffled why Dr N would put off my hysterectomy when even he admitted I should have one. If you don’t seem to be getting anywhere with him don’t hesitate to switch doctors.

Personally very confused about the comments regarding the receptionist. I found them both to be a delight and kind… I found Dr. Norwicki to be very nice and calm as well as funny. Overall, he put me at ease and the receptionist are great just follow the instructions provided to you and you should have a great experience!

The reviews on the receptionist are true, she is difficult to be patient with. However, the doctor is really great. Thorough, genuinely caring about the well being of the baby, informative, ensuring that I am always understanding and on board with the decisions being made for me and my baby.
Would recommend!

The receptionist is very rude and ignorant. I came 3 min early for my appointment, she told me to go outside and wait for my appointment time outside because of covid. Just to mention only one person was in the waiting room first when I entered and the same person still sitting there when I came back after 3 min. This happens every time I come to the office. Absolute nonsense and personal rudeness and neuroticism excused and justified as covid rules.
