Luckily I switched doctors after the last straw with her was not taking my infertility concerns seriously. (have 2 kids now, but no thanks to her. I took a proactive approach and sought other opinions). After reading the other comments made here, I realize I made the best choice.

Dr. Keller lacks patient manners. For example, she had another doctor subsituting for her and I was never called about this subsitution prior to my appt. (Her sub was rude, too!) Also, I found it odd that she didn't leave the patient room when I got changed. She stayed in the room and did her paper work. I was 9 months pregnant and she never even offered me a hand to help me off the examining table. She also went on holidays during my due date and did not make alternative postnatal doctor arrangements. I had to go to a walk-in clinic for my first postnatal checkup with a 2 day old baby! She has no idea about breastfeeding....and gave me lousy advice in that area. Because of her, breastfeeding failed for me. This was my first baby and my experience with Keller left me in tears many times. Thank God, I found a new doctor! My next children, needless to say, were delivered by midwives. Day and night difference from Keller! I hope she reads this someday and can learn from it!

I was surprised to hear some of the negative comments about Dr. Keller I have been her patient for about 7 years and never had any problems. For the past couple of years she has helped me with depression and I’m feeling better each day without using any meds. She has also helped me out with my back ache by sending me to a certified massage therapist… She always answers all of the questions that I have.

It is incredible that well qualified MD's from other countries aren't allowed to practice while patients wait without a family doctor BUT someone as horrible as Dr. Keller is allowed to continue. She treated my wife and children for 13 years. During that time she misprescribed medication for my children twice. Both were caught by the pharmacist. She refused to allow my wife to discuss more than one issue. She tried to arbitrarily write up physicals for the kids that weren't done. She refused to refer my wife for physiotherapy following an injury. She refused to treat me because she doesn't like males. Pap test, physical and blood work had to be three separate appointments with a 4th to get the results. Good thing is, there was never a wait to get an appointment!!

I have been Dr. Keller's patient for over 15 years now and yes, she is quiet and doesn't converse much but she is worlds better than the moneygrubbing doctor I had before here! Sure she charges for extras- who doesn't. And she does make you come in just to renew a prescription but that is her job- to make sure all is well before represcribing! She was the only one to diagnose my clinical depression for what it was and took care of it immediately with the correct type of prescription. Her physicals cover more than my last doctor and yes she does give her own needles. Whoever thought that was strange should ask himself whether they want a doctor who knows how to handle basic medical equpiment or not. My last doctor would not even touch me when I complained about pain in my fingers. My children have been well looked after and she never had a problem with my using a midwife or even asking about birthcontrol and/or abortion at one particularily awful time in my life.

I am very shocked at all of these horrible comments! She is the best Dr I've ever had! When the hospital Dr. misdiagnosed me 5 times, Dr. Keller knew exactly what was wrong and she was right all along! She always gives a thorough exam and contrary to one womans comment about birth control, she has given me birth control for the last 12 years without a problem what so ever! Just because you have one bad experience with a Dr. doesn't mean they are bad Dr's, maybe she was having a bad day, we all have those don't we?

This broad is unbelievable!! Worst doctor ever!! When I was a new patient of hers, she received my chart from my past dr. which included some incorrect medical history. I tried to tell her it was wrong and wanted to see the chart myself and she would not let me! She argued with me! She would not do a physical/ pap at the same time, did her own urine analysis (ya right!)and blood withdrawal...not good...I bruised something terrible and she told me I had bad veins!! LOL She's the worst! She messed up on medications, that were thankfully picked up by the pharmacist. She would walk out of the room while I was still talking. She was extremely rude, arrogant and an overall nasty doctor. I moved on to another and reported her to the Board of Physicians and Surgeons.

Always felt rushed and could never bring up more than one ailment, we'd have to come back to discuss another problem so that she could charge for yet antoher visit. She attempted to charge for a physcial because we hadn't been there in a year; that led me to report her. Following that she then took it out on my extended family (also her patients) and informed them they would not be her patients any longer because she had too many patients, at the time they were undergoing some tests and they were midstream with this and never did get the test results. Ironic because the "new patients welcome" sign was displayed in her window. We all have new doctors which have our best interests at heart. Transferring of files became an ordeal when the time came as again she tried to charge another exorbitatnt amount. I have a new doctor which has restored my faith in the medical profession!

I asked to got to an Anxiety clinic. The clinic game me specific directions to give to Dr. Keeler and she refused to abide by their rules. I had to find another Doctor to help me because she was so stubborn she would'nt listen to reason.
