The receptionist was the worst! Because I hadn't been to the doctor's office in a while (years), he gave me a lecture about how ppl couldn't find a doctor and it was IMMORAL to take part in the doctor's client list when I only needed medical help once in a while. Dr.Keller's bedside manner could also use some warmth but the receptionist's attitude was just appalling and self-righteous! I'm looking for a new doctor.

I would like to recommend this doctor to others. She is very caring and warm. She is also on time for her appointments. She is quick in the patient room, but efficient, that is why you don't wait long for her. I have had other doctors and am happy with the service I am receiving from this doctor.

The needles hurt. She should send patients to a Lab where they do it right.

I have been going to Dr. Keller for about 15yrs and she is the worst doctor possible. She has no manners and lacks any general courtesy. I went to her about a chronic condition which I have had for over 10yrs and is treatable with a certain type of medication. I haven't needed them for a while until the pain returned and when I asked Dr. Keller for this medication, she grabbed my stomach and basically said that I have this problem because I am to fat. I was completely shocked at her rudeness and I will probably make a complaint with the College of Physicians. I have sinced joined a gym, lost weight and returned to her for a doctor's note. She told me that she cannot give me one because she doesn't do that kind of thing then she told me that if I want a note, to see another dr. She then told me that she mis-diagnosed me for the past 10+ years and sent me on my way. She has no manners and I think she is a terrible Dr.
