Greatest doctor I’ve seen. He’s been my family doctor since 2014 and I go to him for everything. He’s always knowledgeable and knows when somethings wrong and when somethings not wrong. Always fast to refer to specialists as needed. Very helpful

Dr. Ashraf is great. Knows his stuff. Staff (particularly the one answering the calls to book appointments) is annoying. Every time I call I know I’m going to get some passive aggressiveness from her. Yes I get theyre busy but it wouldn’t hurt if she was a little friendly and less fake. I asked what the average wait time was so that I could figure out if I would have time to pick up my kids from school after and she’s like “doctors are busy. Could be 5 minutes could be 5 hours”. Like really? Thanks for the helpfulness… and this is just one example. Same thing when I asked for when I could hear back about a 2 month old referral…”could be 8 more weeks or 8 more months”. No option to help expedite.wouldn’t give me #to reach out to myself. Overall not helpful and makes me dread calling for info or booking other appointments. I don’t like to play her games.

Saw Dr. Ashraf at a walk-in clinic. He was very personable, makes you feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable and quick at diagnosing the problem as well as coming up with a solution. Had a great experience. Was a quick and thorough visit.
