The staff were nice but I found his arrogance and excessive ego too much to deal with.

Aside from a few 5/5 fake reviews (below), I have to agree with other majority of reviewers that Dr. Fitzsimmons is not sincere in his practice

He does not return patient or family member phone calls. This is unacceptable, especially as appointments are hard to come by. When someone's life is on the line, a physician needs to be able to communicate with a patient and his family.
Poor bedside manner by asking inappropriate questions not related to the visit (in any shape or form) all around bad experience. He is in accessible, does not leave any room for hope.

As a trans patient, I found Dr. Fitzsimmons to be one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I’ve had. Dr. Fitzsimmons performed my hysterectomy. He made sure my questions were answered before and after the surgery and checked on my well-being each time. I would strongly recommend him to anyone, but especially trans people needing gender affirming care from a compassionate doctor. Thank you so care for your care!

Dr. Fitzsimmons delivered my 2nd baby and performed surgery on my yesterday, 17 years later! He’s amazing! Very caring and super personable. Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. The best part is that the surgery was successful and he scheduled it so quickly for me knowing I was in pain and uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Fitzsimmons! You and Dr. Selke are the BEST!

I have to agree with majority of reviews that he is extremely fake as a person and doesn't care much about a patients well being as his actions clearly are a sign of that. Brian needs to realize his job is to help patients and avoid talking about his personal life and lavish life style .

I had very bad experience to see my first OBGYN before and that’s end to get me into emergency room. When I saw Dr. Brian I find out that he’s knowledgeable and patience. The most important thing is that he did surgery for me successfully. I really appreciate it. I’m totally recovered now. I just want to say thank you Dr. Brian from the bottom of my heart!!!

Dr. Fitzsimmons shocked me last week when during my visit he made a very inappropriate comment by saying"you need to get a speak wife, they take care of their men". I did not respond and was surprised by this as he often talks about gay and lesbian rights yet it seems he only cares about his own cause. A doctor should be more appropriate than to make such bigot comments
