She has been my doctor for more than 20 years and to my two children since they were toddlers and now young adults. She has helped them through difficult circumstances with kindness and patience and they fully trust in her. She has taken the time with them when needed and monitored what was going on.
I agree, her staff could use some customer training - even on the basics.

Caring compassionate and knowledgeable .. I have complex medical needs and she is the best at managing everything extremely well and is not afraid to look stuff up and refer on to a specialist. Her staff can be a little short with peopleat times ,but this seems to have improved of late The are always polite tho .Just busy sometimes

Dr. Crombie has got to be the most wonderful doctor and person I have ever known. She 100% cares for you in a compassionate way. I could say billions of nice things about her but you get the picture. To me she is my super hero. true doctor in and out

I was a patient of Dr steinberg first .then Dr crombie took over I am very glad she has been there for my family growing up ,and is now with me into my senior years As a complex patient I find she is compassionate and caring and very thorough .She will not quit till she finds an answer .She obviously researches when she says she will and will refer to specialist when she needs to ! I am very happy to have her .Since Bonnie( front desk) left the staff have been difficult and can be moody even rude to some people.. They seem ok with me mostly ??. I don't like having to tell them why I'm wanting to see Dr Crombie . I will put up with the staff and nurses just to see Dr crombie ..she is definitely worth it .I would never want to see any other doctor as my Family Doctor.

Dr. Crombie has been on GP for many years, had her as a resident and even then she was awesome. She never fails to be pleasant and is always on her toes. I dread the day she retires. Staff is awesome as long as you are polite to them :)

Dr. Crombie is a great doctor, but good luck getting in to see her. Receptionists are rude and act like they are doing you a favour when booking appointments. That of course is after they have left you on hold for 15 minutes. Nurses have also given out the wrong advice on multiple occasions. My daughter has fallen through the office cracks on three separate occasions, which has led me to the realization that I clearly need a new doctor. Dr Crombie may be a great doctor, but her office and staff are way to busy for the attention that each patient deserves.
