Overlooking the short comings of the office, Dr. Boyd is the best. He has been my doctor for more than 25 years, and has never missed a diagnoses for me. I would never change doctors, and hope he never retires!

Other patients are right. This doctor is very rude and uncaring to me. The nurse is just as bad. They don't care anything about patients. I know this personally.

The level of arrogance surrounding this medical office is depressing. We are changing Dr. They never answer the phone, never call us back. The Dr never listens to what the patient is saying. I used to have a lot of respect for him, but over the years he has became so full of himself it's as if he's forgotten we are real ppl he's treating.

His office manager and staff are rude. He is always late. He is rude and condescending, and his knowledge base is obviously lacking.

These people leaving positive comments must not get out much. This guy is pompous, and lacks basic medical knowledge in many areas. And worst of all uses technicalities to get himself out of trouble - just google it.

This doctor is great. His nurse is terrible. She does not return phone calls or call in prescriptions. She really will not help you.

Dr. Boyd Benefield was the most through Doctor I have ever came across. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. He will find the problem.

I just want to say Boyd Bennifield is the best doctor in the world.He is the most careing doctor Ive ever met in my life.He really cares about his patients.He has lissened to me cry and held my hand as I did so.After Katrina you know this man had as many problems as the rest of us.He took time to lissen to my problems.I felt so bad after putting all my problems on his shoulders.Later,I learned he had lost his house to Katrina.I could go on and on and on about the good things he has done in my life.Im probly one of the worst patients hes ever had.I really feel sorry for him sometimes for having to deal with someone like me.He came to see me in the middle of the night after I had gave birth to my son.He didnt even work at this hospital.I just wanted people to know that he is the best and careing doctor.I will never leave his care.He makes my world a better place and for sure Dr.Boyd Bennifield god will bless you in so many ways.A patient that truely cares for you.Love,Vickie Penton
