Garden Park

on a recent trip to G Pk I was put in a room in emergency room and hooked up to monitors and left alone. I waited in horrific pain and after abut 30 minutes of trying to cry out for help and hearing lots of laughing and talking, and in between pain screams to no avail. I finally unhooked myself and went to the door. I said I was screamin in pain and for help and no one came and I had to unhook my self to get to the door, I have to go to the bathroom, I was promptly told that the Doctor ( I guess they only had ONE) was busy with a heart attack patient and basically that I was not that important. I never saw a Dr. but an assistant, After tests they could find nothing, so I was discharged and the woman who spoke to me like that did apologize. But I won't forget how I felt. Alone and afraid of what the pain was and what was going on. I changed my insurance just in order to go to Garden Park instead of Memorial... may have been a big mistake.

One of the best hospitals I have ever been to. The staff are patient and wonderful people. I hope all hospital had the patients that I received from Garden Park.
