He put me back together when another surgeon destroyed my insides. He gave me back my life . That was back in 1986. I miss him here in Montreal. I owe him my life

Dr. Belliveau is a wonderful surgeon and he saved my life, he performed a emergency surgery when my bowel burst, I was in the hospital for 29 days and very sick. Can't remember a lot but he was fantastic and his bed side manner was wonderful. He was very encouraging and kept my family informed at all times. The nurses and staff are also wonderful. Thank you Dr. Belliveau .

Dr Belliveau is the only doctor that actually cared enough to treat my issue. I've had fissures for years and every other doctor I'd seen had just jerked me around (my GP said nobody can treat me in Kingston...). He was extremely kind and listened to me and explained everything. He had me into surgery within 2 months and now I'm completely healed and pain free. I've had several exams since and they can't even see where he made the incision. Incredible doctor.

Dr. Belliveau is a wonderful surgeon. He removed my gallbladder earlier this year and I couldn't have been happier with him as my surgeon. He was terrific with making me feel safe and calm. The surgery went well and thanks to Dr. Belliveau I am finally able to eat properly again and live my life without the horrible pain I was facing every day prior to my operation. I would recommend Dr. Belliveau without hesitation.

I had a total colectomy and re-attachment in the same surgery. Reattachment did not take (likely I was maybe in too rough a shape for my body to help. 3 days later, with infection developing, re-operated and ostomy. Year and half later, attempted re-attachment, but due to complications, such procedure was no longer possible. I know I nearly died, and despite all that, I would want the same surgeon if I had to do it again. Excellent manners, knowledgeable and very caring. Thank you.
