I went to Dr. Truslow when my arthritis was undiagnosed, in 2013-14. I was working part time and going to school as well. He did several xrays of my feet and blood tests, that later revealed I had RA. I was given cortisone shots in my knees to help with stiffness and swelling, but that was short lived. I kept all of my appointments, bc I wanted to get better. My last visit with him was basically me sitting in chair crying because I was in so much pain, physically and emotionally;this RA had drained me. He fussed and yelled at me for not taking the medication as directed, which caused my RA to get worse. I left his office feeling worse and found another RA doctor. My goal was to keep working and get the RA in remission, but now I am walking with a cane. I have applied for disability 3 times and still no help. I would not recommend this Doctor, he has no "beside manner" and does not share information with his patients.

I have seen Dr. Truslow three times, although I don't know why I went back for the third one. He has no knowledge of my condition (although I called ahead and he said he did), made clear by his comments during the actual exam. On the third visit to evaluate for a new diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, he said there's no way I had it--although I had MRIs showing signs of it in my left wrist and hand. He did no further studies at all on my other joints, just based his decision on the one joint. Fast forward six months, and another doc found it in other joints. I spent those months in pain and suffering joint damage because he fails to do adequate exams or listen to his patients.
