Went to the walk in frustrated with concerns over my health and I felt really hard by Dr. Randhawa. He got me exactly what I needed and it was prompt. I appreciate that for the first time it felt like my concerns were taken seriously.

You never feel rushed, even when you see him through walk-in. People who flag punctuality need to recognize that he's probably a bit late because he takes the necessary time with his patients and neither he, nor the staff who book appts, can foresee if a patient will take a lot of time.

Usually this Dr is professional. Today he was rude. He gave the impression that I was wasting his time.

Dr Randhawa provides care for my mother, and coordinates her team for complex diabetes, dementia, kidney failure and cancer. He is always kind, patient and answers all questions. He's on top of her complex care needs and is quick to respond when inevitable problems arise.

Have been sing him for over 24 years. He is a great dr however my husband sees him and has chronic arthritis in his hands and can't get a referral for a rheumatologist. Just stretch is the only answer he ever gives my husband. My hubby also suffers with kidney stones and family history. No referral for a nephrologist either. Why???? Other than that he has been great. Both my kids see him as well.

How can Dr. R be your doctor when you don't even know his office hours? It rarely takes more than one or two weeks to get in for an appointment unless you are picky about the day/time. And he's usually right on time for booked appointments. Plus if you can't go to the office hours, just see him (or one of the other doctors) as a walk in. That clinic is open A LOT! Furthermore, all doctors are required to do continuing education courses. Seriously, all these salty people need to just go elsewhere.

If I could rate punctuality, helpfulness and knowledge less than one star I would. It’s time for this Dr to either retire or start taking more courses to keep up on new medicine and refresh his skills. Never diagnoses properly, doesn’t even know the correct blood work to order for certain tests. Absolutely disgusting. This man has been my doctors for 20 years and I’m wondering how I’m still alive. You make an appt with him (takes over 2 months to get one) he goes in there unprepared then the office ends up calling you asking you to come back cause he has more questions. As. Medical Professional he should know what questions to ask when you are there the first time. Needless to say he only works 10-3:30 so if you work 8-4 they expect you to take time off work. Not accommodating at all. You really put your life in your hands when you go in there.
