A big shout out to Dr Christina Christoff she is the best!!!! Dr Christoff took her time with me and we even had a nice conversation about our pets - not to get Dr Christoff in trouble, the waiting room was empty at the moment. Sure wish Dr C had her own practice and I could become her patient. Thanks so much Dr Christoff!!!!!!

Dr Arun is cold and does not care about her patients wellbeing. Her front desk assistant is very careless and makes mistakes often.

I called the clinic to see if my issue could be worked on there, and was assured it could. I was also advised of the cost and the time to get there so as to arrive before they closed to walk-ins. The receptionist was very polite and dealt with me in a professional manner. I was told what the wait time was, so left and came back and was in for treatment shortly after that. Very pleased with the clinic.

My wife fell on the pier and presented with a suspected broken arm. We were met at the clinic with warm welcoming smiles and friendly, helpful staff who quickly checked us in. Within two hours my wife was triaged, x-rayed and treated whilst all the while being kept in touch with the progress of her case. While we waited, there was a splendid cafe downstairs with, again, very friendly and helpful staff and we got a good cup of tea and an excellent sandwich. All in all, what could have been a horrendous experience was in fact a pleasant and heart-warming one. At a time when the NHS is under so much pressure the Whitby Urgent Care Clinic excelled. Thankyou.
