Excellent bedside manner. Put my 2 year old at ease. Seemed very competent and knew exactly what to do. He understood the urgency of the situation.

Great doctor! Genuinely cares about his patients... People who think otherwise should just go elsewhere and free up clinic time for those who want the medical advise of a professional. I go to a doctor to receive their expert advise - not to make them agree with what I learned on the internet. If you want to use "alternate approaches" so to a practitioners that deals with that!

He misdiagnoses, over prescribes and if you get something serious(cancer e.g.) he hasn't got a clue. He is very nice if you have a cold or flu but that is it. Does not believe in alternative medications or treatments, does not have the knowledge and doesn't want to learn anything new. He washes his hands of you if things get tough.

What a great doctor! He really spends time explains things, not quick to over prescribe. To the comment of not believing in alternative medicine that's not true. Dr Randhawa supports the care I get from my Naturopathic Doctor. My husband now sees him and my two sons. Wish I could get into see him quicker with appointments rather than urgent care, guess he is in high demand

Great family doctor. Very helpful. Wait times could be better but the clinic even has walk in hours so even if you can't schedule an appointment you can still see him on his clinic shift.

Such a sweet man. Takes time to talk and explain things to you. The girls at reception need to learn to answer the phones though...

Prescribing the wrong medication, miss diagnoses, will not even consider alternative medication. He needs to learn more than what he learned in medical school, things have changed. I am looking for a new Doctor, I have no faith or trust in him.

Dr's themselves are great, so works for a walk in. However, as a current patient having them as a family doctor is beyond frustrating. I have been with them since they opened and used to have no issues. However, front desk reception has become incompetent at booking appointments. Twice in the past 3 months appointments that were booked a month in advance suddenly don't exist when you show up for said appointment, and told to come back hours later as walk in (despite having an appointment card, having it on my medical file when to come back, and date and time stamp on phone as to when it was put in as an appointment. Sad but now I will be looking for a new family Dr with competent receptionists.

He has been our family doctor for 17 years. Nothing but good to say about him and his staff. They are fantastic!!!! You never feel rushed. Very patient and understanding.
