I have been a patient of Dr. Baass for over 15 years. She has been such a strong support system through so many ups and downs. I have sat in her office and just cried and talked, she listens and has always made me feel cared for. Any concern, referral, general check up I know I am in good hands.

I was having symptoms and went to Dr Baass as my family Dr. She said it was just my age (38), even though my family had a history of a medical condition with similar symptoms. I trusted her as my Dr, but I should not have. I got pregnant, and the symptoms got worse. She still said it wasn't that condition (hypothyroidism). Turns out it was, and because she didn't treat me and my levels jumped in pregnancy, I ended up miscarrying. A later fertility Dr said I should have been on medication, and the fact I wasn't likely caused the miscarriage. I found a new Dr, and have been on medication for thyroid disease for the last 9 years, as I was NOT just age. She is arrogant, does not keep up with current research, and the reason I am not a parent. I have nothing good to say about her.

DON'T GO TO HER. She is the rudest person to look after people. I was in the hospital in St. thomas and when I got out, they made an appointment for me with Dr, Baass, when I went for my appt. she said WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR. I now have switched & Baass wabts $60.00 to transfer my records.

Dr. Baass is a kind and caring doctor. My wife and I cannot imagine how her manner could be any better. We always rave about her thoughtfulness. Thank you for the years of astute and considerate care Dr. Baass. Highly recommended.

The staff are lazy and very unhelpful, off putting to say the least. Dr. has improved in patient interaction but still very dismissive.

She doesnt care, her staff doesnt care, you can only see her for 1 issues, everything else you have to make another appointment. She is rude and has no manners what so ever.

Dr Baass ....I trust her 100% with my health. She keeps me on track with all aspects of my complicated health issues. She actually reads updates by my specialists. She shows alot of compassion and caring and has taken the time to listen when I've needed it the most, and responded in a very kind assuring way. She shows trust in my opinions and I really value that too. Love that wait times are minimal to none. She has an amazing team of professionals who I trust completely to follow up quickly on appt times and they've always very personable and friendly.

I have had only caring and helpful interaction with Dr Baass for many years now. Yes, there are some days she is a bit distant, perhaps she is driven by the clock and the number of patients she is helping and can't afford the luxury of social banter. But I don't go to a doc because they are good at social banter. I go for technical and correct diagnosis or referral. She has always been timely and done her job with accuracy. I feel bad that people want to dismiss her expertise because she is not smiley enough for their liking. Absurd really!
