Dr. Billesberger went above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, empathetic, very considerate and really helped to sort me out. In-person or by telephone - response time and help is excellent - if there was a excellent+ I would definitely say that one! Very comfortable with the clinic-the doctors-and the front desk staff this was such a comfortable choice for my husband and myself who are seniors! Thank You!

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Lisa Billesberger at a the Burnside Family Medical Clinic in Victoria BC. As a visiting out of province patient she performed one of the best physical examinations that any medical professional has ever completed in my shoulder. She took immediate action and as a result I was able to get the diagnostic testing required and the timely surgical consultation advice I needed

Dr. Billesburger was the most caring, genuine, and hopeful doctor. She worked as a covering doctor for a little bit, for my family doctor who has now left the family practice. I wish I knew if Dr. Billesburger is accepting new patients elsewhere.
