Dr. Sheppard always went above and beyond as a family doctor. She listened, she cared, she followed up, and explained things in great detail. And Eric... I really wish I told him how much we appreciated him too. Dr. Welch's clinic does NOT return phone calls and it is extremely frustrating. They don't answer and also don't return messages!! Really miss Dr. Sheppard & Eric and hope they are doing well.

Overall she was kind and helpful but when it came down to realness she does not care what you have to say. It’s her way or the highway. I was pregnant and swollen everywhere. My BP was all over the place. I begged to be induced and she refused. She let me go to 41 weeks. My baby was huge! She called and laughed at the size postpartum and said she didn’t think she was gonna be “that big”. Now my daughter is 4 and just been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. This happened in utero weeks before her birth. Please stand your ground. And advocate for yourself and baby.

Dr Sheppard was my doctor from 2009 to 2019. She was absolutely amazing and we miss her. She made you feel more like a friend then a patient. Our new doctor is no comparison being as we can't even get her to return a phone call. Dr. Sheppard if you see this, we truly miss you

Way back in 2009 when I found out I was pregnant, I did not have a family doctor and was referred to Dr Sheppard. She was my OB through both pregnancies and delivered both our babies and took care of our entire family until she left the practice last year. We adored Dr Shepard and always felt that she took the extra time to make sure our concerns were sufficiently addressed. She was kind, respectful, and caring. Her bedside manner was unmatched. She spoke to you as a person and I never felt talked down to or scared to ask her anything. She wasn't afraid to say she wasn't sure of something, but would find the answer for you. The kids looked forward to going to the Dr! During a regular annual checkup, she found that my son had scoliosis. We had been seeing a chiropractor regularly and they hadn't found it. She was very thorough in her assessments. We always knew we were very fortunate and that she was a fantastic doctor, but it wasn't until she left and we have had to seek care with other providers that we realized just how fantastic she was. We miss her incredibly and hope she knows how much her patients adored her. Eric always answered the phone, made room for same day urgent appointments, and made to to communicate referrals or test results promptly. We miss them both dearly.

I had Dr. Sheppard as my family doctor for just over 10 years, before she left her practice. Her knowledge and compassion were unmatched in comparison to any previous doctors I have visited. I always felt well taken care of and listened to when attending a medical appointment. I probably only saw her once a year, but it was enough to have peace of mind about my medical health because of her thoroughness.

I am missing Dr. Sheppard and Eric so much. I always felt extremely safe and taken care of in Dr. Sheppard's care, but I truly did not realize how blessed I was to have her until seeking health care after her. Incredible doctor, and wonderful person.

Really missing Dr. Sheppard and Eric.
I knew how lucky we were to have her but now I truly understand the full extent of how lucky we truly were to have her as our GP. I hope they are both doing well and I hope they know that they really made a positive difference in their patients lives.

I have been so incredibly blessed to have Doctor Sheppard as my physician. Knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. As many people have said - best doctor I have ever had and I am so grateful to have her in my corner!
