Staff is not that great but Henry Shih is wonderful! I always panic if I have to see another doctor in the practice for my kids, especially Dr Herman! Herman is Horrible! Henry Shih is the best!

Dr. Shih is the best!! He listens to your concerns and answer all your questions. My kids love him.

I have been using this practice for the past 4 years. I was seeing another doctor in this practice but switched to Dr. Shih after my son was diagnosed with diabetes. The previous doctor in this practice does not even compare to Dr. Shih. My kids love going to him and he really takes the fear from going to the doctor. He makes them laugh and genuinely really enjoys what he is doing. I will never go to another Pediatrician.

Excellent very caring doctor has great bedside manner.never keeps you waiting long .very fast and caring responses to email and phone calls
