She gave me a rushed 3 minute phone consult with no info and didn’t allow me to ask questions or explain her thought process. I was more confused after than before the appointment. I was sent for tests without letting me know if I need to be fasted or not, I then had to see another doctor to get that info. I had from Tuesday to Monday to find out and she and her team didn’t bother replying to me. Very dismissive and extremely uncaring and unprofessional. Reading other reviews here I see I am one of many treated this was.

Very disappointed, 30 minutes late to the telehealth call, unapologetic. dismissive, rushed. I've seen her 3 or 4 times and tried to provide her the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, I can confirm for certain all the low-star ratings are valid. Not to mention the Clinic 9/10 times cannot be reached by phone or email.

I came in for a simple referral and she was extremely rude, condescending, and left me in tears. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Extremely dismissive and doesn't know how to listen. My experience was borderline traumatizing and she is extremely insensitive and it was a useless waste of time that left me in tears

My experience with Dr Deborah Van Aggelen was beyond disappointing and unprofessional.
When I scheduled my appointment I asked the receptionist that I be booked in for a yearly exam (a breast and pap being my main concerns). Dr Deborah Van Aggelen entered the room in a rush, informing she would be performing a pap and breast exam. I took the opportunity to try and express my concerns however she talked over me and dismissed my concerns. The breast exam itself was no more than 15 seconds...anyone who's had a proper breast exam knows it takes longer than this. I tried again to express my concerns and she again dismissed me. After this she performed the pap smear. The entire appointment was LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES. Hardly an appropriate yearly exam let alone that's how long my breast exams have taken alone in the past.
I left the clinic feeling incredibly uncared for.
She was dismissive and completely unprofessional with an overall lack of client care. I strongly advise against booking any appointments with her.

Amazing doctor. I went to see Sr. Debra after my family physician closed his practice and I needed 10 stitches removed. She was very professional and kind the whole time and provided the best care I could have ever asked. She is professional and very clear to communicate, we definitely need more Doctors just like Dr. Debra.

I’ve seen this doctor multiple times and every time I’m amazed at how terrible she is. She’s more concerned about designer clothes than helping people. She not knowledgeable, not polite and it truly seems like she doesn’t want to help you. By far the WORST doctor I have ever been to.

Terrible. I understand GP's are over burdened but this was one of the most disrespectful practitioners I've ever talked to. Waited 20 mins for my phone call. She didn't apologize. Based on my phone record - it was a 2 min conversation, condescending. Thankfully I think I've found another GP so I don't have to ever follow up with her. Based on the comments - sounds like if she likes you, you'll have great care but if not then she's dismissive and condescending.
