she's the best, thorough, super personable, asks lots of questions and makes great referrals. I feel like she goes above and beyond what a doctor would normally do. I feel super fortunate to have her as our doctor:)

My husband and I are very lucky to have Dr. Palmer as our doctor. She is caring and thorough, and has helped us deal with many ailments. When I was seeing a chiropractor for back pain she even took it upon herself to email him so that she could better treat my ailment. Her staff are also excellent. We are in great hands with Dr. Palmer.

As a retired pharmacist, I look for more in a doctor than the average patient would. Dr Palmer is literally the first doctor I've ever had who met my highest expectations! She is very knowledgeable, caring and takes a genuine interest. I recommend her highly!

Dr. Palmer is by far the best family doctor I have every encountered. You can tell almost immediately after meeting her that she genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. I consider myself to be very fortunate to be in her care.

Dr Palmer has quite literally saved my life. After some persistent symptoms , which every other doctor dismissed, she ordered further tests and imaging. What was discovered was a life threatening condition which left untreated would have led to a sudden death. I am so grateful that I found her and that I am here to tell the story. She is caring and genuinely concerned with the health of our entire family. This is what the medical system needs - an unhurried, more thorough and holistic approach to medicine.

Dr. Palmer has been our GP since we moved back to North Van in 2016.She provided excellent care and support through my two knee replacements and my husband's Alzheimer' disease diagnosis. Dr. Palmer is very knowledgeable, but she can't personally know everything, so when it's necessary she will refer us to an appropriate specialist. Dr. Palmer's most important attribute as a family doctor is that she really cares about her patients, and that compassion comes through in every interaction. We hope to keep her as our family doctor for many years to come.
