I am quite disappointed as far as appointments, when the staff calls and cancels my appointments, they then book me three months later. With in less than a year, my appointments have been cancelled and booked 3mos later, so if my medication is changed means I cannot travel outside of Canada for three months, because I have to be stable for three mos. because of my health insurance. I have tried to make this clear with the staff, but their is no empathy only business attitude. Dr. Chander I have no complaints when I do get into seeing him.

He maybe knowledgeable, but he certainly does not put it to helping people. Works in likely the worst clinic in Ottawa - just terrible organization. Just clueless.

This is the most amazing Dr. , he will do anything for his patients, he is very helpful, he listens and encourages you to ask questions, he treats people the way he would like to be treated, he is also a perfectionist, in my opinion he should be rated # 1 DOCTOR, in all of Ottawa.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chander for more than three years. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He is also very personable and easy to talk to. When I first went to see him, my pressure was quite high- about 160/70. He changed the medication and it worked wonders because on my second visit, my pressure was down to about 137/65 or so. Every time I see him, I feel pretty good that my health is in very good hands. I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Chander.

Such a personable and helpful doctor. I had a simple problem that he put to rest and made excellent recommendations. He left me feeling relaxed and comfortable that I was going to be just fine. Really nice bedside manner and an excellent standard of care. He crosses all the ts and spends time getting to know you and helping you. Yes you have to wait. But then he's the best.

This is one of the most caring Doctors I have ever met.Not only did he listen to my symptoms, he was able to solve a lot of my long standing problems. I have seem numerous physicians without any resolution until now. He is brilliant and an asset to his profession. Getting through to his front staff can be a challenge.
