since 1997 till recenatly I had Dr.Potts for 4 out five of my pregnancies and he also tied my tubes when I said enough is enough . The parking and long waits might suck sometimes but u have to understand that his location and busy scheduals are only because he is so...... good. The staff is wonderful, punctuality is great (when no emergancys or labours pop up). Dr. Potts and the staff are very carring and helpful.I couldn't of asked for a better Dr. HATS OFF TO DR. POTTS

Dr. Potts was my saving grace. He diagnosed me with Cervical cancer but he has been the only doctor to ever act professionally, politely, and eased my worries. I am usually a very high strung person but he was able to convey to me that there was nothing to worry about as we caught this in the very early stages. He put my mind at ease. He should be used as an example of proper bedside manner, and professionalism. Yes he has long wait times but with limited OB's in the tri-city area this is expected. The front desk and nurses were also very polite and professional, but I do have to agree it is very hard to phone in to Dr. Potts Office as it is always busy. Obviously if the patient is not being polite then the secretary can only do so much and are human as well. No I am not the secretary nor do I know he outside of his office. I am just giving my personal opinion based on my own experiences.

I love Dr Potts !! It can be a long wait but he is an OB and realisitcally should be expected to have to run for a delivery. He was my OB for my son and he also did 2 of my surgeries. I will always recomend him.

I was happy with Peter Potts, but very UNhappy with the front desk woman. The techs were great, though.I found only the front receptionist to be very ****y every time I was there.

Although I had long waits in his waiting room, it was worth it in the end, Dr. Potts is a very kind, gentle man. He is very highly spoken about at KW from the nurses and was very good to me through my pregnancy. He took time to come and see me in the hospital and didn't make it seem like just a "round" he actually spent time asking me how me and my son were and made sure I was ok. He is very knowledgeable and I have since recommended him to many friends and my sister who was looking for a OB. Thank you Dr. Potts!!!

A FERY KIND, THOUGHTFULL DR. COMPASSION COMES TO MIND. GENTLE, CARING. OPEN TO ANSWER ANY & ALL QUESTIONS. EXTREME BED-SIDE MANNER. NOT AFRAID TO LAUGH WITH ME WHILE EXAMINATION TAKING PLACE, MAKING ME VERY COMFORTABLE. HE DID A BIOPSY & BOOKED ME FOR 3 MONTHS LATER TO GO OVER THE RESULTS. I RECEIVED A CALL WITHIN 2 WEEKS ADVISING HE WANTED TO SEE ME IMMEDIATELY. CERVICAL CANCER WAS FOUND, REFERRED TO LONDON ONCOLOGIST DR. SUGIMOTO WHO IS THE BEST DR. I HAVE EVER SEEN. DR POTTS' ADMIN STAFF ARE VERY CARING & REQUESTED THAT I FOLLOW UP WITH THEM TO LET THEM KNOW THE RESULTS PERSONALLY (EVEN THOUGH THEY RECEIVE ALL ACCOMPANYING INFO FROM LONDON). I FIRST SAW DR. POTTS APPROX 10YEARS AGO FOR DISPLAYSIA & HE LASERED THAT SUCCESSFULLY. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HIM. IT IS HARD TO GET INTO SEE HIM, VERY BUSY PRACTICE BUT WOULD RECOMMEND KEEP TRYING.

I use to be a patient of the man who use to own Dr.Pott's clinic. That man was amazing! I can't say the same about Potts, he was and is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and I would NEVER recommend him for someone who needs serious help with cancer. I was diagnosed as Benign and had to go for laser treatment, it was 99% that it wouldn't come back, he however forgot to laser the right side of my uterus and it resulted in illness and more laser. 4 years later I had to have another referral to see him, and the appointment had been booked 6 months in advance. When I arrived his secretary advised I owed money for a missed appt some 4 years earlier. I disagreed as I had never missed one, and Pott's refused to see me that day or EVER until the money was paid in full, something they could have told me before I showed up. As I didn't bring money with me, and who does to those appt? I had to leave so much for the oath they swear to uphold in regards to saving lives above money! He will save u when u pay!

I have been a patient of Dr. Potts for less than a year. He is the second Dr. I have seen for infertility issues. Due to his thoroughness, he discovered a very large fibroid tumor - which would have caused serious pain during pregnancy. Dr. Potts completed my surgery this past week and it went very well. I always leave his office feeling relaxed and in good hands. The office staff work hard to keep appointments on time. I think he is an excellent doctor.

i really like dr.Potts much like everyone else who has had him. The only thing I didnt like was the wait time and the parking and trying to call and get an appointment the phone is always busy I guess because he's a popular guy. I would deffinatly use him again.

Dr. Potts is a great Doctor. When I first met him, I was pregnant with my first child. I'd been under the care of a midwife and developed fibroids. I had no knowledge about fibroids and was concerned about cancer, just having watched my father die of cancer several weeks before. Dr. Potts, took the time to explaine about fibroids, went over my tests very carfully and decided I could continue with my midwife. He is one of the few OBGYN's that will work well with midwifes. After my daughter was born, Dr Potts examined me again and said something that has lasted with me for a long time. He said, "Don't live with pain. Women tend to live with a lot of pain that is not necessary". Well he was right in my case. 4 years later, I was scheduled for a hystorectomy all because of pain. Who was my Dr.? Dr. Potts. I trust him completely. My recovery has been very quick. I believe that is because of the skill of the Dr. Thank you Dr. Potts.
