After having breast implants for 26 years, I decided it was time to have them removed and get back to the real me. My implants were still in good shape and, although he thought the explant was not at all necessary, Dr. Silverman was very considerate of my wishes. I think he was perhaps a little concerned that I would not be happy with the result....but I am! Dr. Silverman is a very gentle, caring man and I believe he wants the best for his patients. My surgery was done in the Almonte Hospital and the doctors and nurses there were wonderful. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Silverman.

I had a brow lift and blepharoplasty 2 years ago and I'm very disapointed in the result. There is bunching at the corners of my eyes causing wrinkles, the scaring on the forhead is very uneven and jagged, and the scaring in my scalp is so bad that I have a bald spot. Luckily I have think hair, but I'll never be able to wear my hair short again or pull up the bangs. He had no interest in fixing the problem and as mentionned before, I almost sounded unreasonable asking the questions. I'm very disapointed because he really seemed to care, before he cashed the check I guess. I thought I asked enough questions but it seems not.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dr. Silverman. He botched my first breast enhancement surgery, then tried to talk me out of a revision. When I asked pointed questions regarding my revision, he was visibly irritated and defensive. He made me very ill at ease. I got the impression he was gaslighting me: he tried to make me feel like I was being unreasonable for asking questions. My revision turned out okay (I still have some issues), but if I could do it over again, I would go with another surgeon.

I would personally like to thank Dr. Silverman, his amazing staff, and the Almonte Hospital for all of their dedication, time, patients, and friendly service.  This was my very first ever surgery, and after waiting 19 years to medically correct a problem area, which has bothered me since having children.  The clean environment, and very well organized office made me so comfortable, and welcome.  They helped me deal with my anxieties about office visits, and surgery!  I would, and will recommend Dr. Silverman and his office to anyone looking.  Having the ability to see what I'd look like after, through 3D imaging was awesome :)  today was another post Op appointment, and I couldn't be happier with the end results.  I honestly can't even remember what I felt like before my surgery.  However, I(plus my husband) do see a sparkle in my eye now, and that I'm even more comfortable in my own skin again.  Thank you. Dr Silverman performed a lower face lift on me three months ago and i cannot say enough good things about him. I had toyed with the idea of going overseas for the sake of saving on this procedure however when he explained all the steps he would take to strengthen what i will call the structure of my face, i realized that a face lift is much more than a skin pulling exercise, in fact the latter is a minor part of the process. I am 70 years old and I wanted an age-appropriate look and this is precisely what i got, much to my delight. Dr Silverman puts his patients at ease and shows at all times a great amount of respect something important to me as i did not relish coming across as an old fool. He is the ultimate professional and will not let go of a patient until he is completely satisfied that full healing has taken place. I could not recommend him enough.

I had gone for a skin consultation with Amy a few weeks ago and recently went back for my first ever chemical peel! AmaZing! Loved everything about this clinic and Amy was great! I am 34 years old and currently recovering from a "mommy makeover" (abdominalplasty, breast lift and implant) after 3 children. I am in week 2 and am so far very pleased with my results and am feeling better each day. After much diet, exercise, and physio post children, it was a struggle to get back to looking and feeling like myself again. I had hernias, major muscle separation and excess skin in my abdominal area. Fixing it to me was more of a medical issue. Not only were there physical pains associated with it, but mental as well. The whole procedure was worth every penny. Dr. Silverman and his staff came highly recommended to me via a combination of my own family doctor, a highly respected general surgeon and word of mouth. From the consultation, the months leading up to the surgery and post-surgery, him and his staff have been amazing. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Even the nurses at the hospital where he performed my surgery had a great deal of respect for him which is a testament to his reputation and work. I was looking for someone who was professional and passionate about their work yet also compassionate in patient care. He is all of these.
