An outstanding doctor with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Oakes is friendly, caring, and well-spoken. It is evident that Dr. Oakes cares about her patients and wants to empower them by following their lead in their health journey. Dr. Oakes is the first doctor I have been a patient of whom I felt comfortable, didn't feel judged, and offered me the space to explain my health journey so far. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Oakes is an incredible Doctor in which I had both pregnancies. She was knowledgeable, caring, understanding and always made the hard times better. Although, with our second pregnancy she herself went on medical leave but always made sure my experience was just as amazing as the first . Dr. Anderson delivered our son and added to our wonderful experiences.Thank you both frim the bottom of my heart for being apart of the two best moments of our lives (also thank you to the Vancouver General maternity staff minus the student doctor )

Dr Jennifer Oakes gave me the best experience out of all three of my pregnancies. She monitored me closely throughout my pregnancy and then gave me outstanding support when I was nervous in the OR before my surgery. She performed a gentle c-section that left me with minimal pain and an amazing recovery compared to my previous two deliveries. From the beginning to the birth of my daughter she was an outstanding doctor.

She is the worst doctor i have ever met in my life and and after 13 years i am paying the concencuence she had done to me. She even put her assistant student at that time dr johnson to do my stitches. Stay away from both if them. She shouldnt be a dr. I was very unlucky to end up with her that night at saint paul.
