A very nice compassionate person but an annoying treatment approach: if the test result is normal, then she seems to believe that no follow up is needed. But I still have the pain/symptom! Also, probably a Kaiser thing, but absolutely no openness to use of alternative medicines like herbal things. In fact, she blamed a symptom on something I was taking when I’d taken it for years with absolutely no problems. Nice folks on her team, like Bryan and Dr. Lisa and others.

This is probably the worst doctor I've ever been to she's incredibly dishonest and very manipulating I heard her talking about other clients and making fun as she was walking into the room and when she walked out of the room I heard her saying something kind of cruel about my weight it's sad that doctors like this can get away with it

Kim Mayhew has been our primary care phycisian for over 11 years, and my wife and I have been extremely happy with the relationship. She listens well, takes her time, is extremely approachable and open, up-to-date in her field, is very kind, and has never refused to approve a test we asked to have. And if a special expertise is required Dr. Mayhew has referred us to a specialist within the Kaiser system. We are, therefore, at a total loss to understand the three reports shown on this rating page. John Pedersen

My experience with Ms Mayhew was so awful that I actually changed insurances. This doctor ridiculed me to my face and behind my back (I could actually hear her giggling like a spoiled teenager about me with her assistant in the outer office).

Ms Meyhew is the worst so called Dr. I have ever seen. She refused to give me a physical exam and called me crazy for my symptoms. She told me she could not help me and I should find a Dr. outside of kaiser. I found out a week later I had a UTI that she left untreated. She should be banned as a license Dr! I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Dr. Mayhew has been my physician for over 15 years. She is intelligent, resourceful, up to date in her field, able to recommend other professionals with more expertise in a specialty, always there when needed, and willing to research patient ideas.
