Dr. Carter os the best Dr I have ever had! She is warm compassionate and takes as much time as you need! Each time I see her I am impressed!

She's a horrible doctor...if you ask her for medication she refers you to another physician with no explanation as to why she (whom I am paying insurance for) cannot provide me with a prescription. She doesnt listen nor care about the patients' concerns. She will nickel and dime you to no end so don't expect to EVER get refills on ANY prescriptions...she doesn't like to work very often so expect it to be difficult to make appointments and ESPECIALLY reach her by phone (something I ABSOLUTELY have NEVER EVER been able to do); and she doesn't explain things thoroughly!

Doctor was very rude. She was covering for my regular physician and I needed a medication (for a chronic condition) refilled. She refused and told me to go to the emergency room. She did NOT listen to me. I know my body, I know why I'm having a problem. But SHE knows me better than I do, despite the fact that she has NEVER met me. I will never see her as a physician and I will NEVER recommend anyone go to her office. She was very snarky and hung up the phone on me. Very rude. No compassion. No empathy.

Best Doctor I have ever had! She is very knowledgable, always on time and never makes me feel rushed. Even if I ask a silly question, she never makes me feel silly and she LISTENS!

Dr. Carter is excellent! She is very understanding and patient. She takes time with her patients. I cannot imagine going to any other doctor. Dr. Carter has taken the time to call me at night to make sure everything is alright after a both some bad medical news and an unfortuntate reaction to medication. All physicians should be as caring, compassionate and professional as Dr. Carter.

I have never had an issue with the Dr herself, but her staff has given me nothing but problems. They are rude and very unprofessional. I was in there earlier today and was not pleased with the way I was treated or the 50 minute wait.

Dr. Carter is absolutely a wonderful doctor. She has great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. My only issue is with her staff at the front desk. I know Dr. Carter stays very busy so it's up to her staff to keep her clients happy. They have failed on several occassions getting records to me or other doctors in a timely manner. You typically must stay on top of them if you want something done.
