Elle s’est rendu hyper disponible en rendant des expertises complémentaires à 3 reprises dans les 2 dernières années, je lui en serai éternellement reconnaissante

I have had in person and telephone appointments with Dr.Fitzcharles. I like her very much. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and explains your health situation to you thoroughly and clearly. She is helpful and answers all your questions,
Some people seem to think she is harsh, but this is likely because she doesn’t hold your hand like some doctors do and she doesn’t waste any time,. She is on point all the time.
I appreciate this doctor very much. She has heled me with my osteoarthritis and my Polymialgia for approx. one year now and I intend to stay with her as long as possible.

She is not a doctor, she is a butcher. Proceed with caution or do not proceed at all. Has far-reaching tentacles. Does not heal, she kills.

I received a fast appointment, I wasn't able to walk or to stand up from the severe inflammation in the hip, knees & back. after I finished the treatment I was back to normal.
I was able to do all my daily tasks.

How this person ever received the title of "expert" in this field is mind goggling.
She has zero compassion. Zero knowledge of inflammatory conditions unless they fit in the box from which she refers to to make her diagnosis. If it is not in her box - where she can refer to in studies, she dismisses the condition - considers it unreal.
The art of medicine is a balance of knowledge, humanity and innovation. She lacks the latter 2 and the knowledge she possesses seems to only exist from the limited studies that she is willing to consider for review.

She may have knowledge, and the staff at the pain clinic is amazing as usual, but Dr. Fitzcharles lacks something that is essential for Dr's to build good relationships with their paitents; empathy. She was very dismissive and talked to the fellows in the room instead of explaining to me her process, it made me feel out of place. As someone who's had chronic pain for so long, I was hoping to get some answers, and Dr Fitzcharles refused to see me again after I expressed I felt unheard. She called me and was even more rude and dismissive, she was actually cutting me off during the conversation. This is the problem with older doctors sometimes, they hate to admit when they're wrong. Anyway, I'm very glad I won't be seeing her anymore.

Dr. Fitzcharles has been following me for my genetic disorder for over 3 years. I am sad to see all of these negative comments. She has been nothing but empathetic and amazing to me and another member of my family with the same condition. Always knowledgeable and on time. Attentive to my concerns and thorough.

Aucune compréhension de la douleur. Je n'ai jamais rencontré un médecin aussi inhumain. J'ai compris rapidement pourquoi elle étais au privé $$$$$$$$ cela semble tout ce qui compte.

After reading all the past reviews of Doctor Fitzcharles, I was quite apprehensive for
my appointment yesterday with her. I was pleasantly surprised after meeting her, to see what a lovely and compassionate person/doctor she was. She was very thorough and took plenty of time to explain my condition and the treatment. She put my mind at ease very quickly with all my concerns and provided plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I am grateful to now be one of her patients.
