They had my file for over a month, and ghosted me! I had to go back to my doctor and get a different referral. If you appreciate punctuality and want timely results, look elsewhere. I have a serious medical need and I was strung along for no reason.

I was a patient of Dr. Dale Steele for a few years. He's definitely the best doctor one can ask for. He is very caring, attentive, knowledgeable and always prepared fully before seeing each of his appointment. Other than the waiting time is long, I am hundred percent happy with this doctor and his wonderful assistant Judy who's equally professional and efficient. Some of the review below describe Dr. Steels as un-respectful to women (or anyone in general), which is far from my experience. When you see in the same office for two doctors, 90% of the patients were seeing Dr. Steele, that tells you something.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Steele and I felt that I was in very good hands. He has a nice bedside manner, asked all the important questions, did a thorough examination and explained what he was seeing during the exam and what the next steps should be. His assistant Judy is lovely - she's friendly and helpful and seems very efficient and organized. I'm very grateful to have been referred to Dr. Steele.

Dale, totally unrespect, the careless doctor that we've never seen, my wife has a small operation as BCW, because there was overbooked. dr. Dale hurriedly finish without check and care...also he pushing the patient out of the operation room and do the next one. My wife's operation was "unfinished" and cause sequelae and extra pain.. i hope his doctors license gets revoked. f* you Steels, worse doctor!!!!

Couldn't even make an appointment because the secretary said Dr Steele doesn't know when he will want to be available....She said she will call me when he plans what time he wants to take appointments. One month later and never got a call. I have called them at least 5 times trying to schedule an appointment and every time I'm told I can't make one. I have never experienced such unprofessional appointment scheduling. I have to plan my work schedule around this and plan to take off time so this is very frustrating.
