Dr. Bai is one of the most compassionate, caring and fun doctors I have ever met. She is always smiling and laughing. She loves her patients and cares about their families. You are never rushed nor does she overbook her office time. Her staff is friendly and caring and very helpful. We have been with Dr. Bai for almost 8 years and our family feels so priviledged and lucky to have a physician of her caliber and knowledge oversee the care of our family.

I love Dr Bai My daughter was 2 months when we met her at Credit valley Hospital where we had taken my daughter in due to a bad case of diahrea...Dr bai was great at calming us down and explaining carefully and professionally what was going to happen..at the time she was not taking in any new patients at her clinic and we were just so lucky that she had offered to take us in! Shes just been so helpful & we are so thankful to have her as our daughters Pediatrician!

Dr. Bai is the best. Knowlegable. and polite. And best of all you can call her and she will fit you in...or call you back to consult ASAP!I have all of my 3 children going to her. And she has wonderful staff too!

SHE IS THE BEST!!! I met her at CVH, after my baby was released from Mount Sinai with jaundice, she was so good at explaining everything that she became my baby's dr..( it's been 4 years already0, and my daughter always plays dr. pretending been Dr. Bai.!! luv ya!!

Dr. Bai is amazing, I feel very lucky that my two little ones can have such a great doctor. She is riendly all the time and very knowledable, takes care of all our worries. I would recommend her to anyone.

I work with pediatricians and she's the best one by far - so good I chose her to be my own children's pediatrician! Very knowledgeable, approachable, and great with the kids. She has 4 of her own, and one with special needs, so she's a great source as a pediatrician, but also as a parent!
