Dr Bai is the sweetest! Ive known her for many years and I wouldn't trust anyones judgement but her's. Linda, her secretary is the most caring, kind hearted and hardworking person you could ever meet. I love them both so much!

Dr. Bai has been awesome. She caught an issue in my older 2 children when they were born, and looked over them when they were in the nicu. She has always spoken to me as an equal, and has encouraged me to trust my instincts when dealing with my children. She has also run tests to be on the safe side. I trust her fully, and my kids love her. I have moved an hour away, but continue to go to her.

Her inability to commit to a course of action for my daughter forced me to take a road that I did not want to go down. Sure, she smiles, makes small talk and doesn't rush you and this makes you think she is a great doctor, but she is very tentative in offering options for a course of action. Any treatment that my daughter received was of my own insistence, despite my not being medically trained. She even called me anxious at one point which was very insulting since my daughter's symptoms were serious. I find her to be indecisive. When she cannot answer a question, she blabbers about some unrelated thing.

She came highly recommended but has a ***2 YEAR***** waiting list to join her, so she must be good, wanted to comment, but only rated a 3... as not a patient.. But initial contact with phone/recepionist was good .

Dr. Bai is truly the best and I feel so lucky that she is the one that cares for my children. I have 100% trust in her!! She is an amazing doctor!

Dr. Bai and her staff are simply the best!!! I have 3 sons and she has cared for them like her own! I have been with her for 5 years and hope that she will always be their doctor.

Dr.Bai is excellent! I have 3 girls (15,10 & 10). My fifteen year old has had many challenges and she listens to Dr.Bai. Dr.Bai has been extremely helpful and professional. She took control of a situation with my 10 year old when our GP did not act quickly enough. She has always been thorough and practical. Never prescibing when not needed (very important to me). She speaks to my husband as I through her eyes as a doctor first and then a parent. She approaches medicine as a team - she is the professional but we the parents are also key to treatment and healthy living. Don't what I'll do when the girls are 18! Thank-you Dr. Bai.

Dr. Bai is everything you would want in a paediatrician. She takes the time to thoroughly assess any symptoms/ilnesses and treats her patients like friends. Whenever we go for an appointment, she treats us like we're her only patients and gives the attention and care you would want when your child is sick.

I love Dr.Bai her secretary Linda is also very nice and always so helpful. Dr. bi takes time with us and really listens, she is not always on time but she is pleasant.
