Dr. Bai is a very kind, knowledgeable, and caring person, every time we visit her, she really spends her time on each of her patients and providing helpful information to their families. My kids are so lucky to have her and we do hope we could have more doctors like Dr. Bai in Canada! Truly she is a gift from God!

Doctor Bai is the best pediatrician. My daughter and son are her patient's and she is very knowledgeable and takes takes her time. She is very soft spoken and kind. I honestly wish we had more doctors like her. She is truly a God send.

Dr. Bai is super thoughtful and a caring doctor. She takes time with each patient. I never felt hurried and always felt heard. Her receptionist Amy is helpful and works with you to get the timely appointments. During COVID Dr. Bai was available over text. An amazing forward looking doctor who truly cares about her profession and her patients. My kids are lucky to have her as their doctor.

I wish there were more child specialists like Dr Bai. I don't know where to start. She is so kind, knowledgeable, caring, and has many more such attributes. I am very fortunate that she is the pediatrician for both my boys. Amy is the best and very accepting of the situation. Thank you for being so great and serving the community of kids so very.
