Dr Ballecer was very courteous, professional & knowledgeable about my ear condition and treated it promptly with great success.

Came iin with complaint of reoccurring bloody nose. He didn't explain what he was going to do before jamming a cotton ball up my nose with numbing solution. Five minutes later said here is the problem n tried to jam another cotton ball with numbing solution on it. Stopped him n asked what he was planning on doing. He said he was going to catarize the vein. I said give me a moment. He said to think about it n walked out of the room. Ten minutes later, he came back in n asked if ready. I had accessed the Internet by then n asked what where the recovery n side effects n how much pain? He said very minimal pain n no issues after procedure. Really? I read differently so I told him "no. Not at this time n walked out.". It was clear he wanted to bill insurance for procedure and didn't give a darn about the patient. Poor attitude n scary situation.

The office staff wasn't very punctual, they took a long time getting me scheduled but As far as the surgery and recovery, that part was excellent.Dr. B did a great job, he's friendly and definitely does his job very well.

the worst place i ever went too , pd my co pay was 40 dollars i wrote a check for 45 so i had a 5 dollar credit the office called said i owed 5 dollars i told them they were wrong so they got mad cancelled my sergury 1 day before i was going to have it so i had to find another doctor but was at stanford an after the first of yr so had my deductable too bay all over 5k so this doctor cost me 5k when i tried several times to call an tell him about his office staff he would not return my call do not deal with this doctor
