Usually these sites post negative remarks. Today I'm posting positive remarks about Dr. Carter, his staff and his practice. I recently had Thyroid surgery and was quite apprehensive about the procedure. Dr. Carter told me up front the risks and complications that come with any surgery and told me he would take great care of me. I have got to say this was the easiest thing I have had to go through in my life. I had no pain at all. I have a scar that only I notice and the care after surgery was just as thorough, maybe more so! Thank you Dr. Carter and your staff for your care. Tammie Gibson

Dr. Carter saved my hearing. He is a wonderful Dr. And I still travel from San Jose to go to him. I highly recommend him. I can't say enough good things about him.

I suffered a broken nose and deviated septum on the job and was referred to Dr Carter. His staff was attentive and answered all my questions. When I met Dr Carter asked plenty of questions and did what I thought was a thorough examination. He first tried to treat my problem without surgery and when it did not help he promptly scheduled a surgery date. Dr Carter explained the process and potential side effects and again attended to all my needs. I just had my last appontment with him and I couldn't be more satisfied with overall treatment and results. Dr Carter has restored my ability to breathe the same as I did prior to my injury. I highly reccomend Dr Carter to anyone in need of ear nose or throat treatment or surgery. C. Gorman, Merced

Office staff is polite and has the answers before you even ask the question. there is a wait time, like any Md's office, but the wait time in the patient care room is minimal. Dr carter spends the time needed to explain or answer any questions. He follows my 11 year old son who has had chronic ear problems since he was an infant. He tells it like it is and explains to my son what he is going to do, how, and why. He has been very instrumental in getting my son on board with the plan of care. My son initially fought tooth and nail, but after a discussion with Dr Carter on what would happen if he didn't follow the instructions, he is now on board and doing well.
