Dr. Turner did cochlear implants on both of my ears. Not only is he a skilled surgeon, but also very personable, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about the surgery.

When I went to see Dr. Turner for an ear ache, I payed my co pay of $40.00, in a few weeks I was billed another co pay of another $40.00, I called the office and they told me, everyone pays 2 co pays, so if you go one time, you are charged for 2 office co pays, no sign in office letting patients knowing this, another way this doctor is making more money for his pocket, this is wrong.

We were referred to SW Ohio ENT from our pediatrician for our son's chronic ear infections. We were assigned to Dr. Turner and have been happy with the service and care we have received all around. Appointments were easy to make and generally ran on time. Dr. Turner and staff are good with kids (our son was <1 y/o at the start of treatment). Care was comprehensive and efficient and never felt rushed.

Not only is Dr. Turner a highly knowledgeable ENT with an excellent staff, he is also a gifted surgeon whose passion is to help his patients! With his skillful hands and expertise he has restored the precious gift of my hearing through two cochlear implants. I highly recommend this conscientious, dedicated and outstanding doctor!

I've had several ear doctor's over the years and Dr. Turner is unquestionably the best. Explains things very well and is knows all of the latest procedures. I had actually given up on being able to hear normally again and now I take phone calls using by "bad" ear. Very highly recommended.

I went to Dr. Turner with pain on one side of my throat that shot out my ear and was present for 5 months prior to my visit. I had been in the hospital for dehydration and multiple tests including an Upper GI, CAT scan, MRI, brain scan, 2 Ultra sounds, blood work, hearing test, & 5 separate antibiotics. I went to 7 doctors and none resolved my problem. Then went to doctor #8 Dr. William J. Turner and he said he thought he knew the problem on the first visit. HE NAILED IT, gave me medication and after the second pill I had no more pain. I am so grateful to him. The pain was debilitating and now I have my life back.

The best Doctor ever great bed side manner would highly recommend him and anyone to he's office the staff is great to have no problems with them or the doctor a nice clean place to go to and fast and good too and the staff are friendly too would go back
