After seeing two other ENTs for rather severe Meniere's Disease with no results, I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Turner. He was empathetic yet very knowledgable in severe vertigo and Meniere's Disease. I responded very well to his recommended treatment/procedure, which in turn returned me to a life of normalcy and halted the debilitating nature of this condition. I am forever grateful for his knowledge and kindness.

Dr. Turner is the best. He's answers every question I have. I've had one surgery by Dr. Turner and I'm getting ready for another one. Wouldn't use any other doctor!

Dr.Turner is an awesome doctor not all of his staff are my favorite but he has done all of my surgeries that I have needed on my ears! He is awesome at what he does and I will never go to another ENT besides him

Dr Turner has always been very kind and knowledgeable. He suggested surgery that I didn't want and he found another option that has put my vertigo into remission. Very prompt and never had problem with nurse returning call with any problem I've had between appts.

I love Dr. Turner! He is very friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable! He operated recently on my 11 year old daughter. He was very good at making every step crystal clear, and was also detailed on her follow up care instructions. He has also performed surgery for my husband. He is an amazing specialist, and he is currently concentrating on new ways to help patients with hearing loss. He is a dedicated and wonderful doctor!

Doctors Turner, Balwally and Goldenburg were all in a practice together and were organized, timely and responsive. In 2008, they combined practices with Dayton Head and Neck Surgeons and are now more unorganized and aloof than ever! If you have a basic need or problem, it's fine. They can get you in for an appt. relatively quickly. However, if you have more complicated ENT issues, they aren't willing to do research to find new solutions to help! If your problem requires more attention, they kind of blow you off and don't seem interested in getting to the source of the problem or a solution to that problem. I have been seeing this doctor for years for a chronic issue, and each time I go in to the office, he acts like he doesn't know me or why I'm there. Very Aloof! However, he is a qualified surgeon. I do believe he is skilled/experienced in his area of ENT medicine. I'm just puzzled why he won't take the time to help patients who have more puzzling cases.
