Read the reviews before I can here, and still came anyways, honestly rude staff, not accomdative at all, came many miles to see Dr Natalie Roberge, explained and begged to see her, she did not deem us fit to see us, sends out her staff to tell us we have to reschedule. I am equally a physician but don't think it's fair to treat any patient this way more so if it's a child. My 2 cents

The clinic staff are are extremely rude. Unfortunately, you mostly deal with them and not the doctor. Good for a smile and pat on the head. But, don't expect to be helped if there is something seriously wrong.

Just a little curt when I visited her. I have had a record of wax buildup in my right ear which creates a noise. I do not feel this doctor put all of her effort into clearing the wax out of my ear. On leaving, she indicated that I could possibly still hear some ringing. That did occur. I left wondering about this issue. The noise has now progressed to where I am seeking the advice of another doctor.

very nice lady...but was not helpful at all. i went in with an issue, and left not knowing anything more or anything to help. didn't even try to rule anything out...other than saying 85% of the time, that's not the case. will be going to another doctor for ent for sure.

Dr. Roberge carefully listens to what I have to say. She will take time to explain everything and preventive steps to take. I have recently moved, but will drive to see her if needed.

Love Dr. Roberge. My daughter has had three surgeries by Dr. Roberge. Tubes twice, adnoids and tonsils. My daughter loves her. She remembers my daughter each time we had an appt and remembered her as a baby. She is now 6. The appt time is the only draw back to the office. We have always waited over an hour for a post operative visit or follow up. But, she is well worth the wait. I wouldn't even consider anyone else we will hang out and wait for her.
