I was referred to Dr. Noelle for pulsating tinnitus that could have been related to new heart problem. Had MRA and MRV done. No follow-up from her. Told I could have another test if "I wanted" but no input as to pros and cons. How am I to make this choice. Not only could I not get her to return calls, the rude staff said she would not call back because she is too busy. I needed an opinion from a trained doctor, not an office clerk. I was so hopeful and now just left with bills and no interpretation from my doctor.

I totally disagree with that poor review. I just had to put in my $.02. I found Dr. Noelle to be very knowledgeable and helpful. She spent extra time with me getting to the bottom of an unusual problem. Her staff was friendly and efficient . I would certainly use her again if the need arises.

Dr. Noelle was the rudest physician I have ever encountered and that is saying a lot as a nurse who has been in the medical field for 10 years. She was condescending and treated me like a burden. I can't imagine anyone being so rude to a customer at all. I may have caught her on a bad day but if that is what her bad ones look like I couldn't imagine a good one being mucharged better.

Doesn't care about the patient at all. Is not helpful in solving the problem or helping the patient find a solution. She only speaks to what she knows best, seasonal allergies

Everything was good with Dr Noell until the surgery was performed! Was told the detailed procedure of my surgery including the risks but equipment that was supposed to be used to avoid the main risk WAS NOT used and the main nerve in the left side of my neck was severed! No more smiling correctly, no more speaking correctly, eye does not close all the way and so on! SUPER nice person but think twice if surgery is involved!

Dr. Noell was wonderful and attentive to my two year old. She played with her and made her feel warm and comfortable while she examined her. I would highly recommend her to folks with kids.

I liked Dr. Noell because of her technical skills and research skills. So many doctors stick with old techniques and she wanted to do the best possible. I think the office staff at the Grapevine office should be fired. They are rude beyond imagination and simply don't care. Maybe with the current economy they should spend some time looking for a job instead of treating people rude and making more of there job than it really is. The doctors own this business and should know what their staff are doing to their reputation.

Our experince with the Dr. Noell has been great. The Staff over the phone and behind the desk have all been very rude. I would use Dr. Noell again, but the receptionist are all rude.

Dr. Noell has done surgeries on both me and my husband. She is very knowledgeable in her field, and an attentive and caring doctor. I would recommend her to anyone. We also had NO problems with her office staff or nurse.
