Absolutely horrible experience. Took my 82 year old dad, who has dementia, here for reoccurring heavy nosebleeds. The doctor was saying that they usually pack a nose and leave it in for 3 to 4 days and the bleeding stops. I said one word, "We". He turns to me and snaps my head off, saying, "Don't argue with me". When he was done talking, I asked if I may talk now. I told him I didn't appreciate him talking to me that way, because I was simply going to tell him how long we had the pack in for and how many days after that that the bleeding started again. His answer was well you interrupted me. On top of that, he didn't even look at my dad's medical files that we had sent over. He had already started the procedure to cauterized the nose when I asked him if he had received my dad's medical files. He said I don't know, and I proceeded to tell him that my dad had a polyp removed and a ct scan last week. He then stopped working on my dad's nose and went out to go find his medical records and read them. My goal in posting this is to help others avoid this kind of experience with a bad doctor.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Railsback this past Monday. I was scheduled for 345PM and was actually seen at like 320PM! Unheard of for the medical field in my opinion. Since it was my first visit I understand it was going to be short and thats okay because we all have to start somewhere. I saw Dr. Railsback for maybe 5-10 minutes. He listened to what I had to say and took it all in. Wonderful bedside manner. The only improvements I would have is for the staff to have better communication. He said to take an antihistamine and nose spray at night. I didn't think anythign of it at the time. As I was next door getting my blood work done I starting thinking that I had no idea what kind to get, oops I forgot to ask. After blood was drawn I walked back and ask, turns out he sent prescriptions over to my pharmacy. If I didn't go back and ask I would have never known. I feel like someone should have told me. Other than that, it was great and I look forward to future appointments.

I get there and I do not have appointment, I go to my phone redial the number I called on the 5th and they don't have me in the system either, and I am not in their system, but I do have a log of the call on my bill. If there support staff is this bad how bad is the doctors..... If you want help and doctors that care DO NOT USE Texas ENT!

I used to be a professional fighter many years ago and had many broken bones including my nose on multiple occasions. After retiring from that I had planned on having surgery to remedy all the damage done from fighting. I had Dr. Railsback work on my nose in order to reshape it and get it back to normal and I have to say he did a TERRIBLE job. All of the work he did made it all worse. I do not recommend this doctor at all if you trying to fix any damage done to your nose. Please take my advise, do not see this doctor.

I had a rare and deadly form of throat cancer that had spread to my lymph system. Dr. Railsback and the team he assembled (radiation oncologist, oncologist and pulmonologist) were simply amazing. I am alive today because of his skill, knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Railsback's office is one of the best I have ever been to for my sinus infections. He has done surgery on my sinus' twice. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He has done more for me than any other doctor I have ever seen. The staff is courteous and helpful. I have never been in the office longer than an hour, and that's the one time I had to wait a little. I hope he doesn't retire for many years yet.

I felt rushed... he didn't really listen to my problems. he tole me I had tonsillitis but did not bother to write a prescription or tell me what I should do to get better... he asked me if I want my tonsils out... I asked him what he thought and he said "well if they are bothering you" they I asked the costs... he sent me out in the hall to talk to the lady. When I asked him about my sinus infections and he said call me next time you get one...
