Dr. Johnny has been my primary care physician since 1992. Wow, that's 27 years. He diagnosed my first pregnancy. That son is now 22 and see's Dr. Smith as well as my youngest son who is almost 20. Now that I'm entering the prime of my life, he's there for all things us older folks deal with. I have always loved how Dr. Johnny would sit and just talk with me during my visits. I never felt rushed out of the office, nor have I felt dismissed. Many of the staff have been there almost as long as I have been a patient. I feel that he is truly one of the few "family" doctors left. Love him.

Dr. Smith has been my PCP since I moved to Columbia in 2004 (12 years). I'm just lucky I stumbled upon him because he is an absolutely fantastic doctor. I don't have to see him often but know I'm in good hands when I make an appointment. He has also been fantastic when it comes to referrals. He referred me to my cardiologist and psychiatrist, both of whom I absolutely love and are also top notch in their fields.

Dr. Smith is incredible! He is patient and kind and very well versed in a variety of medical fields (a must for a general pratitioner) I am aother patient that couldn't be paid enough money in the world to leave his care. As a fat woman, I have had many doctors dismiss my illness (from strep throat, ear infection, etc) as not real and instead lecture me for being fat. Dr. Smith has never done this! He's truely an amazing physician!

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for about 8 years now and I could not be happier with his care, knowledge and service. After firing my previous GP (within the same practice), I was moved to see Dr. Smith and for the first time in my adult life I had a doctor who actually seemed to care about me and my well-being. He sits down and talks to you about your health and your illness. He schedules annual reviews for you on-going treatment and he explains things in an understandable, non-hurried, way. You could not pay me to leave Dr. Smith's care.

Dr. Smith has been my family physician for over 25 years. His continuity of patient care is extraordinary. He spends time listening to his patients and he goes the extra mile to make sure he is using what is best for his patients, and not necessarily the pharmaceutical company pockets. He is honest, knowledgable on current medical information and is always open to questions or concerns you may have regarding your health. I never worry about my health unless he tells me too. I keep all of my records up to date with all of my specialist physicians and he welcomes that and makes certain that everything is in sync. He is patient and kind. You will not find a better family doctor to follow you and your family. No matter the age!

Once I found a Dr who really, really cared about me, there was no way I'm going to anyone else. With Dr Smith you are truly in the best medical hands around. He takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered to the best of his ability. He never rushes in and rushed out, however long it takes, he's right there. South Carolina is blessed to have him here in our state. We need more Drs like him. Thank you Dr. Smith for being my dr for the last 22 years and counting...
