Simply the BEST is every category! I am a medical sales rep and have met and spent time with almost every doctor in the Columbia Metro Area, She has superior diagnostic skills, but more importantly, she takes the time to listen to your concerns and current life events so she can customize a a treatment plan that will ensure the best outcome for that patient. Most all doctors spend less that a few minutes with a patient and simply write prescriptions based only on lab results...not Dr Archer, she goes above and beyond for her patients!

I love Dr. MICHELLE ARCHER. She's now the Primary Care Physician at Little mountain Clinic. I've been going there for over 7 years now and their Drs haves change 3 times. She's the 4th physician that I have seen and I will follow her should she transfer somewhere else. She has changed all her staff and completely run the clinic as the only doctor. She actually remembers her patients personal needs and she listens to what you have to say. When you think she's done with you, she then ask thou more details with the concerns you are having. . She then goes over your blood work line by line and the important things you should do to make yourself better. She makes you come back to ensure you are actually getting better or doing what you're suppose to. I never had an intense physical check up like she does, and I will recommend her as much as possible should someone be looking for a great family doctor.

Dr. Archer knows her patients and their histories. She takes a personal interest in our well being. She treats my father, husband, sisters, and me. We have recommended others to her when they complain of poor service and visiting doctors who don't care. She has provided each of our referrals with the same care, respect, and knowledge she has shown us. My husband dislikes doctors and would prefer not to go to any, but he appreciates her directness and the way she listens and explains what she finds and how it can be treated. She and her office staff saved my life when I thought my breathing issues were a symptom of my asthma. I thought she was being overly cautious when she had an ambulance transfer me to the hospital. The saddle pulmonary embolus & embolic burden is usually fatal. She was attentive to my body and followed up with me to insure that I did what I needed to do to keep my blood from clotting. She is an excellent doctor who I highly recommend.

Dr. Archer is one of the most caring doctors that I have ever been to. I disagree with above rating because I feel that she wants to see you because she is so THOROUGH. She never cuts me short with my time and explains everything in a way that I can understand what her plan is. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen!

She is very empathetic to pat. problems. HOWEVER, I went to her for basic services (pap, sick visits, etc.), but as a patient with well SELF managed diabetes, she holds my medicine "hostage", i.e. only writes my scripts for 3 months so I have to come back. I haven't even been sick this year but she's had me come in for a "visit" five times this year to get my maintenance medicines.
