Well I am changing doctors, but she is not that bad... It is over a month wait to change a well baby apointment, my son will ahve his 2 month visit whaen he is 3.5 months old. I don't find her very friendly, and she seems cold to the baby. I do like ehr nurse, but not a warm experience at all.

Dr. Chen is brusque, she is professional and knowledgeable. My son is very comfortable with her and she has seen him through his asthma, hiatal hernia, and adhd diagnosis between the ages of 5-8. When I was having problems navigating various hospital visits with specialists, she and her staff did not hesitate to step in and see that our needs were met in a professional and timely manner. My son is now 100% healthy and a happy teenager. If you want coddling maybe she is not the doctor for you, if you want a professional who is knowledgeable and supportive, see Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen has been my son's doctor since birth. My son was born with multiple health problems. She is very blunt, and holds nothing back. She will tell you EVERYTHING you want to know, and need to know. I have recommended her to my family and now all my cousins kids, my nieces and friends kids go to her. She takes her time with you and answers any and all questions. She returns all phone calls. I love her!!! Would recommend her to everyone!!!

I think she is very knowledgeable but felt both my baby and I were a little intimidated by her. She was very blunt but I had no doubt that she knew what she was doing and would trust her with her advice. I miss her because I haven''t found a doctor as knowledgeable as her. I wish she was more approachable though.

19 Month old first, healthy child check up, visit she was so rude and brusque with child he was terrified, which is not a normal reaction for him. Horrible manner with child and parent. Will not use again.

She was my pediatrician, she was always helpful and very knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable.
