They make you wait for 20 minutes on the phone. The make you wait in the office, and in a room for another 20 a piece if you're lucky not to wait longer. Then if you have Dr. Nilakantan, she will say come back in two weeks and then maybe I will do something for you. HealthDontCare Partners will make it impossible to change your doctor. If you value your life - stay away.
