It has been a few hours after i called the office. I still feel so abused by the staff. They made a mistake and I myself made several calls to clear up the misunderstandings. Then i called the office and asked them to resend my referral. The receptionist was rude, condescending and not caring at all. She would interrupt and ignore what I was saying. I hope the manager of this office could read this comment and provide necessary professional development courses to the front desk staff, or simply learn to respect patients. The service of the front desk is definitely horrible.

Dr. Friesen is always as helpful as I could possibly wish. He is careful and knowledgeable and very kind in his manner. I just hope he doesn't retire while I am still alive!

Dr.Freisen has been my Dr. Since he started his practice some 30 years ago and in that time I have been gently cared for both personally and medically. He often explains his Approach and uses the medical. Journal and latest research as his guide. I have always enjoyed his friendly manor and above all, his professionalism from his clinic staff and himself. He takes the time to introduce upcoming medical students to his clients and listens carefully and with great attention before distributing forms. Prescriptions. Letters for employers and other institutions. I’m sorry a transgendered person found him I’m disfavour but that kinda goes with the territory of taking on and providing care to marginalized folks, Dr Caspar Freisen has seen it all and still maintains a youthful. Progressive. Knowlegable but most importantly caring interview with his clients and I am forever greatful to have him in my life,

This doctor advertised trans friendly healthcare services when he was first starting out in order to fill up his practice. Now that he's full he has a superior-acting, brusque medical office assistant who is not only delighted to inform you that they're not taking clients at all but has no further resources, time, or empathy to offer anyone calling seeking a
doctor, for whom making a medical appointment as trans might be one of the most sensitive moments of their lives to date. I feel I dodged a bullet if the Dr is like the staff he hired. Talk about insensitive.

My GP since I was 18 and as a nurse I know I have the best out there. Dr Friesen takes a holistic, evidence based approach and his active listening skills are superb. The front staff are excellent as well. If someone leaves all 1 stars, ask yourself why. Dr Friesen will try a million things before prescribing an opioid, and he is right to do that.

Not interested in listening, not interested in hearing, seems to have adopted a program for you within first 3 seconds of meeting you and ends up prescribing an unhealthy program, get two other opinions, PLEASE

Dr Friesen has been our family doctor for 14 years. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain the diagnosis and options. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Friesen and am grateful to have him as our family doctor.

Dr. Friesen is an incredible doctor. He takes all of my issues seriously and doesn't dismiss any of them, and is willing to hear me out when it comes to exploring different treatment options. I never feel rushed in my appointments and he takes time and care to answer each and all of my questions.
