Dr Friesen is an amazing doctor! He is kind, caring, and has the best listening skills. I feel really cared for and it's amazing! I am trans and I have never been better cared for by a doctor. I am so lucky to have him as my doctor for the past 4 years and hopefully many more.

Dr. Friesen has been my family physician for 13 years. He is an empathetic listener when I describe my concerns, then offers clear holistic advice as to how I can best take care of the issues I bring. His sound judgment and directives help alleviate the stress I may be feeling. When a medical procedure is necessary he immediately initiates the process, then follows through in a timely fashion. I appreciate Dr. Friesen's professionalism and holistic approach to medicine.

Terrible staff!! I’m a trans and I have never felt more discarded!! As soon as I saw Dr.Friesen I thought I was seeing Caitlyn Jenner!!!! I got spooked!

Did not believe I had psychosis when he put me on psychiatric meds that, HE HIMSELF told me could lead to serotonin syndrome. Had to fight to get checked out for stomach issues, turned out I had a fully calcified gal bladder. He continues to show disbelief in treatments concluding the medication that is currently working for me is not to be permanent even though the symptoms return after discontinuation. I would not trust this man with my life.

It has been a few hours after i called the office. I still feel so abused by the staff. They made a mistake and I myself made several calls to clear up the misunderstandings. Then i called the office and asked them to resend my referral. The receptionist was rude, condescending and not caring at all. She would interrupt and ignore what I was saying. I hope the manager of this office could read this comment and provide necessary professional development courses to the front desk staff, or simply learn to respect patients. The service of the front desk is definitely horrible.

Dr. Friesen is always as helpful as I could possibly wish. He is careful and knowledgeable and very kind in his manner. I just hope he doesn't retire while I am still alive!

Dr.Freisen has been my Dr. Since he started his practice some 30 years ago and in that time I have been gently cared for both personally and medically. He often explains his Approach and uses the medical. Journal and latest research as his guide. I have always enjoyed his friendly manor and above all, his professionalism from his clinic staff and himself. He takes the time to introduce upcoming medical students to his clients and listens carefully and with great attention before distributing forms. Prescriptions. Letters for employers and other institutions. I’m sorry a transgendered person found him I’m disfavour but that kinda goes with the territory of taking on and providing care to marginalized folks, Dr Caspar Freisen has seen it all and still maintains a youthful. Progressive. Knowlegable but most importantly caring interview with his clients and I am forever greatful to have him in my life,
