Dr Harrison is a brilliant genius with encyclopaedic knowledge and perfect memory of his patients' histories. He is also highly empathic and adapts his communication style seamlessly to the needs of his patients. His lateral thinking skills are off the charts, allowing him to draw connections and come up with treatment strategies that others would miss. Dr. Harrison is intelligent, kind and up to date on current medical information. He thinks out of the box and sincerely cares for his patients. Always a friendly greeting, never feel rushed. He has supported my family through many mental health struggles with compassion and real life advice. He LISTENS to the patient and takes their concerns seriously. All while squeezing you in for emergency appointments if needed. I couldn't be more grateful to have hit the family doctor jackpot. Dr. H bring faith and humanity back to our health system and the gold standard for GP's. Thank you, Dr. H, from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Harrison is a special doctor. He takes time to listen to you. I became his patient a year ago, and his depth of caring about my health went far and beyond what I have experienced with other GP's. He is the exception to the rule in my opinion, and I have worked with many GP's in my career. In this day and age of medicine and the turmoil our Medical System is under Dr. Harrison stands out head and shoulders above. I wish we could clone him. He is what all GP's should model themselves after. Thank you for caring so deeply about your patients, the feeling is reciprocated.

From the first day I met Dr.H way back when he first came to Saanich medical all those years ago, I was completely comfortable with him. Dr. H isn’t just a doctor, he is literally an angel here to protect anyone under his care. He fights for you and will be there every step of the way, never leaving you feel like you are alone. Especially in situations where our medical system lacks, he fills that void in all aspects. From caring for my three children through many different issues, to being not just my sons doctor as he suffered through mental health issues and substance use issues, but a fighter and complete support.He fought and he was a shoulder to lean on when I had no other support, he took care of me while I took care of my son and helped me navigate through the hospitals and resources available to ensuring we were treating him effectively and safely. He speaks to you with respect, integrity and compassion and treats you like a close friend, not just a pay check. Dr. H we truly appreciate everything about you and your genuine heart. Thank you for having us as your patients and always being there for us! This rating is far below any rating I could ever give you. For me and the kids you are the worlds top doctor!!!

Dr H is kind, careful, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and ensures I understand what he is explaining. It is obvious he is current on ‘the latest’ in medicine. My wife and I feel blessed to have him as our GP.
