Went to Dr. Shaban as a child and love that my children are seen by him now. There is a reason why the wait times are so long- if you child is sick and needs to be seen he will not turn you away! I know many families who have to wait a few days for appointments so I have no problem waiting for a few hours. He makes himself available to talk or answer questions ovwr the phone as well which is not something you see now a days. I'm just hoping he doesn't retire until my kids are 18!!!

Wonderful Dr. Always has at least 90 minute wait before for every appointment.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I went to Dr. Shaban as a child, so it was only natural to bring my children to him. While I love Dr. Shaban and feel he is great with my children, the wait time is totally unacceptable. I understand having to wait for a "sick" visit, but there is no reason to wait for a scheduled "well" visit. Because of the extremely long, ridiculous wait times, we have switched pediatricians.

I have to say I brought both my children there for years. When the "staff" had an issue with our insurance instead of calling us they refused to see the kids again until the balance was paid...not really fair at all since they never notified us and TOLD us the Insurance was supposed to pay. Harshly refused to see the kids again. This was all about money in my opinion. They should have been on it and instead screwed up and made the kids pay. Doctor Shaban is very very nice and awesome with kids staff are nitwits.Wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

I went to him for 14 years only stopped because I turned 18. Wonderful doctor, very nice man, and extremely good with children. Makes his patients feel comfortable and relaxed. Walk-ins are ok but you'll have to wait awhile. He tries very hard to get you in the room on time and not make you wait long. I'd recommend him to anyone with a child.

He is a very kind dr. I went to him for years and he is good with kids. I know I can rely on him if there are any problems.
