I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fischbein and the whole PAC practice. Top notch doctors with a well-oiled machine of a staff. Never had a billing problem with a myriad of insurances. 24 hour nurse available by phone. Same day sick appointments are always available. Early and late appointment times too - even weekend hours if needed. Every doc we've seen in this practice (I have three kids so we've seen them all!) has been knowledgeable, calm, caring and very good listeners. PAC accepts every insurance we've ever had. A+++ in every way.

The pediatrician at Griffin Hospital recommended this practice (Pediatric Associates in Waterbury), so I knew they had to be good doctors. We have seen Dr. Fischbein twice in the 4 months our daughter has been in our lives; he is great. He remains calm, answers all questions, and makes you (parents) feel comfortable. The office staff is excellent! Very welcoming and willing to help and answer any questions. I had some issues with Cigna as far as after my daughter was born and when paperwork was processed by Cigna; PA did a great job contacting me and working with me as I had to deal with Cigna. They were understanding and worked it out on their end as well. This office is always clean, and they made every effort to accomodate newborns during the H1N1 'scare' - moving us to a separate exam room in the back of the office instead of having us wait in the waiting area. Can't say enough good things!

Best dr in waterbury. Always listen to pareents and very caring. Facilities are always clean and love the early and late hours. office is open until 7pm.
