Dr Duncan came very highly recommended and she saw the issue immediately. She called to help after hours and felt with a very difficult situation in a very fair way.

The office staff for Dr. Duncan submitted the wrong codes for our insurance. They billed us $200 more than they said they would for a single visit. The office staff was very rude when we talked to her about it and refused to resubmit the claim. We asked to speak to Dr. Duncan, but we were told we would be billed her normal rate to do so. So we resubmitted the paperwork to our insurance company ourselves. The insurance company accepted our claim, but Dr. Duncan lost a patient. Too bad, my daughter really liked her.

This person is way over her head and I can't imagine how many lives she's negatively affected. She should learn to listen more than she talks . Her imposed opinions do not change because she fails to listen and follow through on what is conveyed. Perhaps she is truly a hired gun

Our law firm retained Dr. Duncan to testify as an expert on child development on behalf of our divorce client. She was thoroughly professional and very knowledgeable. It is so difficult finding good experts who are credible and understand what is going on in the legal proceedings. She was not just a hired gun, though; she actually did what she thought was right for our client's kids. She also was very reasonable in her fees to our client. We will recommend her to other clients and lawyers as a resource in helping to resolve timesharing disputes. Thanks Dr. Duncan!

Dr Duncan diagnosed my son with ADD 10 years ago. She worked with him, the school and the mediation judge to get his educational goals correct and with Dr Duncan's help and patience my son is preparing to graduate as an electrical engineer from UF and is applying for his Masters degree. Dr Duncan tested him today since he will be taking his GRE and due to his disabilities will continue to need specific accommodations. Thank you Dr Duncan for all your help, patience, time, extensive knowledge and care you have taken for my son. He has accomplished all of this due to your care.

My daughter was in therapy with Dr. Duncan. Her appts were always in the morning, rendering her too hesitant to then attend school (the main reason we sought help as school studies were slipping. Dr Duncan never gave a diagnosis nor instituted any therapies, or referrals for medication. We are now seeing a doctor who listens instead of incessant babbling done by Dr. Duncan. Reading all the reviews this seems to be a reacurring complaint?? We also have a concrete diagnosis and treatment plan, very sad our daughter had suffer for months before we realized that Dr. Duncan has no expertise in this area. You are strung along like the cash cows she takes you for!!! Please, run...dont walk...away from this office!!!

I cannot thank Dr. Duncan enough for the exceptional progress I have seen in my daughter over the past few weeks. My husband and I have been more than pleased with the staff and service from her office. I would highly recommend Dr. Duncan's practice.
