Duncan is extremely egocentric and narcissistic. She’s more interested in hearing herself talk than she is in listening to understand what’s going on with your family. She’s very interested in getting paid and her office admin, APRIL, helps her squeeze out every penny she can from you for her “services”. In my experience with her, Duncan lacks both professional and personal integrity and should not be allowed to practice. There are serious issues with her practice and I strongly recommend staying away from her. She’s playing games with peoples’ lives and getting paid for it. She enjoys this power it gives her and the ego trip. Run from this place!

Unfortunately I wish I could say I had a great experience here, as her office came recommended from a friend who had used her a year prior. She came out welcoming with a big smile to greet us. Unfortunately that is where the good experience ended. We went back to the room to discuss our son and were met by a bombardment of speed talking and unprofessional talking. She relating to other children (not by name but also not what we were there to discuss). My husband and I could barely speak because we were cut off several times while trying to speak about our son. We got absolutely no other information other than a sheet she handed us at the end even though we wouldn’t be using it. This was not a consultation. After waiting for weeks to get in, I left the office in tears and even questioned the secretary about the behavior. It was very unprofessional. I was so anxiety ridden when I left that office that I would never recommend someone to this office ever.

Dr. Duncan has been a huge help to our family and has been very professional as demonstrated on numerous occasions while executing her duties as a court appointed parenting coordinator.

Since working with Dr. Duncan many positive changes have been made that benefit my two sons. I am very appreciative of her care and concern for their well-being and for all of the time and effort she has put forth in making these changes possible. Her office staff is very professional as well and always responds quickly to any of our needs.

I look forward to continuing working with her in maintaining these positive changes for my children.

Dr. Duncan is very unprofessional as demonstrated on numerous occasions while executing her duties as a court appointed parenting coordinator. She recommends dealing with outrageous demands by ex-husbands by stating that you should treat them like she did her father and let them win because it will reduce the stress on the children. She also has no ability whatsoever to stand up to powerful, domineering men and will not support abused single moms. She even copies ex-husbands on personal email correspondence stating she is disappointed in the ex-wife. I would not recommend this person to any woman seeking support.
