As I was about to comment, I saw a very negative rating, which I found to be extremely difficult to accept, based upon our two recent visits during May 2016. Dr. Harter displayed immediate interest and concern to treat my wife's life-long (age 71) battle with frequent, severe migraine headaches and a succession of various medications which provided only minimal relief. Dr. Harter decided to use the Botox injections on the first visit. Honestly, we were genuinely concerned regarding the many possible Botox injections adverse side effects. To date there has been improvement of less headache frequency and severity.
My wife apparently developed shingles. We telephoned Dr. Harter's answering service on a Saturday evening. Dr. Harter returned our phone call in 15 minutes (while she was away on a week end vacation) and sent a prescription to a pharmacy for immediate use of the medication.

I was a patient for almost four years and the last year has been the worst. Everyone except Megan at the front desk is rude and inconsiderate. Dr Harter doesn't listen and apparently is related to the office manager so you can't complain about anyone there without being hung up on or having your prescriptions held hostage. The only good medical assistant, Thomas, is no longer there probably because he was too nice. They charged me to sign a form for my insurance and everyday until I picked it up the price was raised. I fired her today and it was the best feeling ever. I can't wait to have everything transferred to a new doctor who will listen to me.

Our 20 yo daughter informed us on Christmas Eve that her asthma was acting up and she had, over the last 24 hours, used the last of her abuterol plus was near emptying her personal inhaler. We were able to contact Dr. Harter and she graciously interrupted a Christmas Eve family dinner to immediately call in prescriptions.

Quality patient care during office visits, which we have found more than satisfactory, is one thing. But a doctor who goes above and beyond to deal with patient needs outside office hours in a caring and timely manner is what elevates a doctor to excellent.

DR.Christine Harter is one of the ONLY doctors who specialize in migraine care,in phoenix Arizona.I wanted to write this review to tell other chronic migraine suffer's that there is hope and her name is Dr Christine Harter.She takes a very detailed in take on your first consult to formulate a care plan that is taylored to what your needs are.She is respectful and non judgemental of your situation.Im very greatful to her and her amazing staff ,who always took my calls and gave her messages.Its hard to have any form of communication with a DR in this modern world.Im finally on a better path to wellness..Thank you DR.Harter for your compassion and care..!!!!

Dr. Harter is very compassionate. She is the only doctor that has helped me find some quality of life with my migraines. She takes the time to answer my questions and has helped me feel like myself again. I could not be more thankful to have her as my doctor. Her staff is also very friendly and cheerful. Her office is always clean and is migraine friendly (with light dimmers) and her staff is always asking if you have a headache and if you want the lights dimmed? This is a great practice that can take care of your needs if you are a migraine sufferer.
