always willing to see me right away, order labs I need and make referrals to specialists same day (of my choosing or her own---so far I'm impressed by the quality of physicians she refers). her assistant always gets back to me the same day when I leave a message. nice patient portal on thunderbirdim.com as well, tho I didn't have success submitting a referral request there.

Dr. Bingfen (Grace) Yu is very nice and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and takes the time to get all the relevant information pertaining to your complaint. She has a great bedside manner, and she both listens to and addresses your concerns. I must admit that when I first met her, I was concerned because she is young. I guess she is wise beyond her years! Her staff is efficient too and appointment times are quite punctual.
